XD 111 double-drum vibratory roller is designed specifically for the compaction of asphalt concrete and cements concrete surface courses. The XD121/XD131 double-drum vibratory roller is designed specially for the compaction of asphalt concrete and cements concrete surface courses. It can also be suited for compaction on small and medium bases, sub-base courses and fills. A combined high working efficiency is given into full play especially when the machine is used together with large pavers. So it is by no means kind of ideal equipment for high-grade highways modern airport, large-scale parking lots applications, etc.

Main Features:

The patented crab-type travel mechanism and double articulation steering can ensure the front and rear drum stagger for 200mm (two directions), this design is benefit for road edge compacting and curve road compacting.

The front and rear drum are driven singly by two hydraulic motor which is parallel connected. Because the plunger pump is controlled by reversible handle. The stepless speed change can be realized in both forth and back direction. At the same time, the sufficient driving force can be ensured along with the simultaneously driving.

Vibratory device has two gears of amplitude. Electromagnetism variable plunger pump on distribution box provide pressure oil to the vibratory motors of front and rear drum, the vibratory motors drive the vibratory device to vibrate. The front and rear drum not only can vibrate simultaneously but also can vibrate singly.

As the full hydraulic transmission and full electro-hydraulic control technology has been adopted on this machine. The operation to this machine is very simple, except the control for reversible handle and engine, all the operation can be realized through pushing some switches.

The instrument panel and seat can rotate within a certain range and have correspondingly anchor points, so the operator can have a good view to the all kinds of compacting condition.

With the 3-grade vibration reducing system, the seat can provide the operator a comfortable operating environment.

Sprinkling system is plastic sprinkling box adopting interval sprinkling technology to improve reliability.

Wearable urethane scraper is pressed by spring to keep in touch with drum without interval adjustment in order to keep the surface of drum clean.
